The FDA has received reports of seven illnesses in at least five states, prompting recalls from companies including Schnucks Markets, Weis Markets, and WanaBana.

Eating the contaminated products can lead to acute toxicity, and parents or caregivers are strongly advised not to buy or serve the affected products.
Children who have consumed the products should be tested for possible lead poisoning.
Lead exposure can be especially harmful to children, causing damage to the brain and nervous system.
